Use MYSPACE to identify all the users in the zip codes in the county that has marijuana cases pending; to educate the voters.

The corporate media loves sensational stories, and the drug war provides them, which thus increases ratings and ad revenues. This is a far cry from the free press the Founding Farmers had in mind. But now, the Internet, with tools like MYSPACE, again offers the free press.  Most of us also have our own printers; http://www.daybrown.org has a report about a search of my property the local newspaper would not print, so I ran off a few hundred copies myself and distributed them around the county.

The sheriff in charge of that farce withdrew from re-election.

I also put up http://www.assetseizure.org to collect reports that the local media will not print. If you know of other abuses of the asset seizure process please post them here and/or let me know. The new dwarf lines of cannabis, developed by indoor growers, does well outside, but is too small for landowners to notice. That is until the cops show up to arrest him and seize his land.

We also need to educate defendants and setup a process to help them enter court pro se. They cant depend on a local lawyer to damage his relationship with the local good old boy network by exposing the abuse, and how the war on drugs is being run like a speed trap.

You may also send copies of asset seizure abuse to assetseizure@gmail.com
