Eric Brandt was arrested in August 2015, several days after the arrest of Mark Iannicelli. Brandt is also charged for allegedly handing out flyers on 27 July 2015 informing people of jurors’ right to conscientiously acquit by way of jury nullification at the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse in Denver, Colorado. He was charged with seven counts of felony jury tampering as outlined in the Complaint and Information document attached under Case Documents below. His next scheduled court date is 12 August 2015 to be formally advised of the charges.
